There is no doubt that playing is fun....but what if it can actually teach at the same time. I like the idea of education by stealth! These games can help to teach even the most driest topics to your students.
Barrier

For 2 or whole class. Barrier games aim to assist students to express themselves. It assists those students that require practice in talking and articulating what they are thinking. In this barrier game you can have 3 per team. A 'see-er', 'do-er' and a 'runner'. A picture is drawn where only the 'see-ers' see. They convey their description to the 'runner' who then describes the picture to the 'do-er' who draws it. At completion, the do-ers display their drawing and the teams come together to discuss what was hard, easy, fun etc and reflect on ways to improve their communication in future.
